The HEAL Core Team (HCT) is responsible for the technical stewardship and the day-to-day management of the programme across the different levels of intervention as well as across the implementing partners. It holds monthly meetings. Led by the Project Manager and supported by the MEAL & Communication Officer as well as the Finance Officer, the team also includes Technical and Thematic Leads and Country Programme Coordinators (CPC) for the three countries Ethiopia, Kenya, and Somalia.
Selected for their technical expertise and knowledge from among the staff of the consortium partners, the Programme Technical and Thematic Leads guide the planning, implementation, and monitoring of specific programme components across all the sites. The Country Programme Coordinators, serving in a complementary rotational role, promote the sharing of experiences, joint learning, and harmonization of the intervention approach by the consortium partners at the country level. In case of unresolvable disagreement within the HCT, decisions will be referred to the Partnership Governance Board.
